Apply The Serum by Alam Farma to your face and neck. This nutrient-rich botanical blend provides the ideal glide for your Gua Sha ritual. Warm any remaining serum between your fingers, then sweep it across your Gua Sha tool to ensure a smooth, gentle movement across the skin
Using the Bian Stone Gua Sha, begin sweeping up the sides of your neck, then under your chin. Glide from the centre of your chin across the jawline toward the ear. Continue upward from the cheeks to the temples, and from the centre of the face outwards along the cheekbones. Repeat on both sides.
Gently sweep under the eyes—from the inner corner out toward the hairline. Then glide above the brow, moving outward and upward toward the temples. Finish with upward strokes across the forehead, anchoring the ritual by pressing gently at the third eye, temples, and heart space.
